Through out the year, individual chapters take on special projects.

Here are some highlights of those projects:

Natha Gardner, a resident of the Wood Manor Nursing Home in Claremore, looks over the handmade greeting cards that were delivered to the nursing home by representatives of the members of the Will Rogers Sams, Bettye Franz, Millie Elswick and Marcia Boyd.

The greeting cards were made by the Will Rogers Sams members during several of their campouts throughout the past year. They include not only Christmas cards, but also note cards, get well cards, happy birthday cards, and various other occasion cards. The handmade cards are given to the residents of the nursing home for them to use all through the year.
